He is so in love with durian ever since he tried the MSW @ Geylang a yr ago! We reached too early, registration starts at 7.30pm and that Highland Centre has nothing~ but 717 seen to be a prominent durian place~ you can smell durian even b4 u walk into the shopping complex!

6+ 7pm 2 lorries of durian arrived

Our sticker to be paste on our arm... There will be 4 types of durian today.. 2 grade of D24, green bamboo and Mao Shan Wang!! *excited and hungry*We will start with D24 cheaper breed $10/kg, d24 better breed $15/kg, green bamboo then the mighty MSW will wrap up our session~
by 8pm 170 ppl arrived and keep on coming!
$10/kg D24, suppose to be the cheaper breed but this is so great!! so creamy, fat and very bitter! Shiokudodo~ i am totally in love with this~ My pick of tonight.. cheap D24! :P Inho say they look like big golden egg!
2nd round of D24 cheaper breed.. -.- too much we passed on to the table beside.. we are sitting in a small table with only 7 ppl~ there are always so much left over!!

very bitter have strong after taste, but i find it a little watery?? prefer creamy ... Not bad
3rd breed Green Bamboo
Shell of the durian is pale yellowish-brown green.. even the meat looks ugly~ have weird texture.. erm.. i find the meat texture is not as creamy and not very smooth.. is those been there done that, tried it tasted it durian..
and finally our King Mao Shan Wang 
but our mighty king is not at his peak tonight... it's almost end of season, the good MSW are almost out.. have to wait till Oct for them to重出江湖!
$20 is still worth it worth it worth it!We nvr had dinner and i still feel bloated even at 4am!!!
